Dan Lynch Dan Lynch DAN LYNCH

An experienced marketing and business development professional, Dan's background includes significant contributions with recognized leaders Cullinet Software, Corporate Software, Micro Warehouse and MyFamily.com, Inc. During his tenure, Dan was entrusted with primary responsibility for executive-level relationships with the tech industries most visible companies, most notably Microsoft.

Lynch has directed business development activities, branding, direct response, merchandising, product management, and ad sales — all with strong results. He has put his skills to work for some of the most recognized brands in the world, including: Microsoft, The History Channel, Eastman Kodak, P&G, Hallmark, The Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Foundation, and many others. During his 6-year tenure at computer reseller MicroWarehouse, Dan was directly responsible for product revenues exceeded $400 million annually and representing 25% of company profits.

As Vice President for Utah-based MyFamily.com, Dan helped spearhead strategic partnerships which helped the company become a leading online subscription business. Among his contributions, he secured a $5.5 million investment from Eastman Kodak, their first ever Internet investment.

Prior to forming Mattatuck Consulting, Lynch led the direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for the A&E Television Networks, as well as brand integration and strategic marketing direction for Genealogy.com, their newly acquired California-based subsidiary.

Dan earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Bryant University with an emphasis in marketing and computer science. Dan is also a professional genealogist with more than 25 years of primary research experience. A popular speaker and writer, he has served as an officer and on the Board of Governors for the Connecticut Society of Genealogists and in June 2004 was featured on ABC's Good Morning America.
